It’s very sad to note that the youth are shying away from those that are ahead of them, while it from them they can learn tricks of surviving in the current hard economic times. Failing to recognize how resourceful a mentor is, can be detrimental to progress. Severally we have witnessed great business ideas fail to take off or collapse after a short time due to lack of people to carry on a vision. Business ideas and dreams go down the drain because of lack of mentoring. It’s the high time mentors and the mentored work together towards ensuring continuity. Read the rest of this entry »
